Mandy is dedicated to empowering individuals who feel hopeless due to trauma, personality disorders and mental health challenges. Drawing from her personal experiences with mental health struggles, loss, grief, abuse, and healing, she brings a deep well of compassion and understanding to her work.

As a clinical occupational therapist and law graduate, Mandy is committed to helping individuals reclaim their sense of self through mental health recovery and skills development, offering guidance and support along their healing journey.

After attending the full 8 week group therapy session I felt I was able to communicate my needs and emotions better, understand my own boundaries and that it is necessary to set them and how to communicate with others effectively that resolves conflict.
