I am Mandy Cassells

About Me

I am an occupational therapist with  over 6 years’ experience in mental health. I am passionate about journeying with people who experience burnout. We help people with burnout find coping skills to manage and prevent burnout so that they can live whole and purposeful lives.

We aim to treat clients in a holistic way by looking at the physical, mental, spiritual and social needs; and work with other professionals to provide you with the best possible care.

The world is filled with irritations, distractions and overwhelm. We help you to understand and maximize your sensory needs to reduce the symptoms of burnout in a holistic way.

Services

Support groups

Do you need regular support?

Our support groups are aimed at providing support groups over a period of eight weeks for 2 hour a week. This is where a group journey together to gain the coping skills to overcome, manage or prevent burnout

Individual therapy and/ or coaching

This is where we work with you on a one-to-one basis to understand your unique situation.

We come alongside you to understand your burnout holistically, help you heal from emotional hurt causing burnout or the root of burnout, and support you in discovering who you are so that you can live a whole and purposeful life.
